Every package is a starting point, swap dishes or scale up any time. Every order comes with warm pita, tahini and house pickles. Delivery, on-site setup and staffing are available for an added charge. Prices are per guest and do not include tax. Card payments include a 3.9% processing fee, and a $100 deposit reserves your date.

We recommend at least 48 to 72 hours notice so we can shop, prep and cook everything fresh for your guest count. Larger events of 50 or more guests are best booked a week ahead. Need something sooner? Call us at (843) 425‑8551 and we will do our best to make it happen.
Mazal caters across the greater Charleston area from our kitchen at 1901 Ashley River Road in West Ashley. That includes Downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, James Island, North Charleston and Summerville, typically within about a 20 minute radius. If your venue is a little further out, just ask and we will quote it.
We cater everything from a 10-person team lunch to events of around 100 guests. Whether it is a boardroom drop-off or a full wedding spread, the menu scales with your group. Tell us your headcount and we will build the right amount of food so nobody leaves hungry.
Yes. Falafel, hummus, salads, roasted cauliflower and most of our mezze are plant-based. For gluten-free guests we serve our spreads as bowls and plates instead of pita, since our pita and laffa contain gluten. Let us know your dietary needs when you request a quote and we will label everything clearly.
Pricing is per person and depends on your menu and guest count. Drop-off platters and office lunch boxes sit at the affordable end, while full-service event spreads with multiple stations cost a bit more. Every quote is custom and transparent with no surprise fees. Request a quote and we will send a clear breakdown the same day where possible.
We can work around most allergies and will label dishes for your guests. Please note that tahini and amba are sesame-based, so our hummus, falafel and many sauces contain sesame, a major allergen. Tell us about any allergies up front and we will guide you to safe options and flag anything to avoid.
Both. We offer drop-off catering with everything packed ready to serve, and for larger events we can deliver and set up your spread on site. Tell us your venue and timing when you request a quote and we will recommend the best format for your event.
A classic Mazal spread is built around a shawarma bar of slow-roasted meat, our house-ground hummus, fresh falafel, warm pita, Israeli salad, roasted cauliflower, pickles, tahini and amba. You can mix and match stations and add mezze and sides. Everything is made fresh the morning of your event.
Mazal is a Mediterranean restaurant with Israeli roots, but we are not a kosher-certified kitchen. If kosher certification is a hard requirement for your event, let us know and we will be upfront about what we can and cannot do so you can plan with confidence.
